Default Quick Swap Question

Were gonna be swapping out my cousins old 6.0 (which is losing compression) with a new one today and I was wondering something. Since the old 6.0 is tuned by blackbear, will the tune still work with the new 6.0 or have any other issues? Nothing else is gonna be changed, just swapping out one for the other.

Thanks guys.

Every engine is different. It'll work just fine, but won't be optimal.

Btw, I think both engines are LQ9s, and the tune was a mail order tune.
