Default Quick Question!

I have a 5.3 engine and my friend is selling me 6.0 heads what do I need to do to put them on? some people are telling me they go straight in without any modifications only a tune afterwords.. but I want to make sure first before anything.

Why are you swapping heads? There are no benefits to this swap.

The 6.0 heads have much bigger combustion chambers and your compression will drop quite a bit. (not sure of the exact numbers). You will actually lose power if you swap these heads on.
