Quick Q about shift kit

I know the transgo shift kit will make the tranny stronger, but is there a SOTP difference as well? Right now I'm not really worried about the tranny breaking (see sig
), so I was hoping it would make it faster too (I would think so with firmer shifts).

it is the metal plate that seperates the vavle body from trans case
