Trying to figure out if I'll be ok.
Cam:
Intake lift @ TDC - .129"
Exhaust lift @ TDC - .096"
235/239-600/580-113+4 cam
Pistons are diamond p/n 11576, valve reliefs are .165" intake and .107" exhaust.
I am using a .04" thickness head gasket. Heads are TSP stage 2.5 LS6 heads, and were "cleaned up", not milled, probably .003-.004. Block was decked about .010". Piston is about .010" out of the hole at TDC. Am I going to have problems? Intake looks ok, but I think I might be cutting it too close on exhaust.....not sure though.
2.04 intake valve and 1.575 exhaust.

You got about the same valve relief size as my pistons, mine are .008 out fo the hole, and with my old DARTs and 237/242 .595 112, I had atleast .120 clearance, I saw it was really big and didnt bother getting exact. I would worry about it. All it takes is a little clay and about an hour and you will know for sure but I would worry about it at all.

Ok that makes me feel better, I'm just confused about how I figure it out. I'll spin the engine over by hand a few times once I get the pushrods in there and make sure there's no contact, then crank it over without the plugs in....need to get the oil moving too. As long as there's no problems there I should be ok right?

Easiest way without pulling the heads is to bring #1 up to TDC and pull the springs off the IV and EV and use a pair of calipers and measure the stroke of the valve before it hits the piston that will give you a general idea of where you are at. Like I said you are going to have PLENTY of room so I wouldnt even bother pulling a head and claying it.
