i noticed on the site that it makes u choose a year on the truck like 99-04.... are all the years the exact same regardless?

It's gong to be the same. I had mine on my 01 then sold it to a friend with an 03 Then my friend sold it to his causin with an 04. In a nutshell they should all be the same just not sure about 05's.

Just be carefull with the intake tube. That is the easiest to crack.
