Default Question for guys runnin an LS1

I am about to be swaping my 5.3 out for an LS1 out of a GTO. Just wandering if there is anything special i will need for the swap. I got all the basic stuff stuff gaskets and everything. I plan on just taking the truck intake off the 5.3 and all that dumb stuff to swap over. Also the 5.3 is high mileage, 150k+. Just wandering if i should go with a lower mileage used pump instead and the lifters and retainers too, should i get a lower mileage set. I am really trying to keep it a budget build though, i may have 1700 dollars in everything right now and would rather not spend too much more. Here is what i have right now.

04 shortblock 40k miles
241 heads
LS2 timing chain
TSP MS3 camshaft
918 springs
7.4 Pushrods
42lb racetronix injectors
04+ head bolts
MLS head gaskets
Cam install kit and o-right for the oil pump

Im pretty sure thats everything, like i said even though the 5.3 has alot of miles i really just want to swap what i can over, water pump, oil pump, but im am not sure about the lifters. And like i said if there is any dumb stuff i will need that isnt the same on the 5.3 as it is on the LS1??

Thanks
Jon

holy **** only $1535 in all that stuff so far, would be nice to be all said and done for under 1700 dollars
