Question on cams
#1
What should I be looking for in a cam that will compliment a twin screw blower? I do not know a lot about cams, but will probably be looking into one in the next few months and wanted to get some input on what I should be looking for.

I guess from the year of your truck your running a SBC . you'll want a split pattern cam w/ no more than 210 degrees duration @.050" and about 6-8 degrees more on the exhaust. with a sbc you'll probably be around .480 to .500 lift. a blower wants limited valve overlap so you'll want no less than 114 degree LSA. although the 2800 stall converter will allow probably another 8 degrees duration on both lobes if your looking for a big top end run.
