how much time on average would you guys think is needed to swap heads in my 5.3 these heads would be ready to install also

 

really depends on knowledge of the install, place of work being done (access to tools, lift or on your back) anywhere from a couple hours to a couple days, in the event you run into siezed/broken parts and have to wait to order replacements...
