Default Putting the 4.8L on the Dyno, Thursday

well I set up an appointment for thursday afternoon at 4Pm to put the truck on the dyno @ MTI
gonna get some numbers before I do the swap.

Kinda curious as to what it is putting down now,
never have dynoed it before.

Good luck man, I'm curious to know how much it's gonna pick up with that cam. I'm going out of town for a week and a half, hopefully when I get back you'll have some new numbers waitin' for me.

I can't decide what cam to go with, I'm gonna let YOU be the guinea pig. Hehehe.... I think I'm gonna go with the Lunati version though (224/224 .560/.560-112), if it all pans out well for you. Then again Lingenfelter has a cam (222/222 .570/.570-112) that's very similar and $100 less! And sometimes the LS1 hot cam kit looks good too.....AHHHHHH...I'm going crazy!

what kinda # you hopeing for, my guess will be 232hp and 232tq if its a mustang dyno and if its a dyno-jet 250hp and 248 tq later,kevin

dont know on the graphs, but I will post what I find out

Kevin it is a dyno jet dyno, so i was thinking Im gonna be somewher in the 250 to 260 hp range we'll see

It's 75.00 +tax which comes out to 81.16 for 2 pulls.
