Default Put dual cut-outs on the Lac.

So i had an hour to kill before class today and once again boredom got the better of me. Made some cut outs out of some pipe i had laying around and welded them on right before the muffler.
JESUS CHRIST! This ****** is loud as *****. Sounds like a big *** 4x4 red neck truck now. It's awesome. I'll try to snap some pics and video in the next few days.

Sounds good. But if you want redneck loud completely remove the muffler. I was surprised how much louder my truck is with no catback compared to a cutout in the catback.

not really going for the noise, just wanted to bypass muffler when i go to the trach to see if it's worth swapping out or leaving.

it's definitely worth it imo. I notice power gains, which is why i just took the whole damn catback off lol. No matter how free flowing your catback pipe/muffler is, the longer pipe adds resistance by virtue of the added length. I think bluecajun said he got .3 in the 1/4 by removing the stock catback. Granted, he was making more power, but it's still significant.

Stock manifolds and catted Y? I had dual 3" cutouts right at the collectors of my pacesetters... I know it helped me out a ton in the upper range
