Alright she's out!!!!! Took a while but damnit finally she's out!!! I looked at the whole thing to make sure I didn't miss any bolts on the bell housing of the tranny!! EVERY SINGLE BOLT is out of it!!! So it was definitely a carosion issue. I started prepping the new motor and tranny for install already. I got the PCM wiring done, all sensors in into the new block, and brackets.

I was getting ready to start the install when I noticed....Chuck forgot to send back my extension ( the piece that goes to the tranny and bolts to the crossmember) for the 4l80e so I need to get a hold of him before I can do anything. After that comes in it should all go together quite nicely!!

One question I do have though is...what do I need to do to my program to make this whole thing work???

Second there's a long hose coming off the 80e that looks alot like a vacuum line, it has a t fitting on it, where do I plug it into??

Good to hear she's finally out!

What program are you using for tuning?

If your tranny is vacuum modulated (which it sounds like it is) then that line should T into something like your brake booster.

Also, how or what can I buy to extend the lines that go to the tranny?? I only really need to extend one of them....

Does it matter which line goes in what fitting (meaning is one fitting, on the tranny, specifically for return and the other for sending??? Or does it not matter?
