I have to admit, that looks pretty darn slick.

You could easliy hog out a plastic tub and fill it with ice around that thing.

My only thing is, that 250 bucks is pretty steep for the actual parts you get...

K&N.....$40
1 90 degree mandrel bend....$40
flat sheet metal cut and drilled....$10
Powder coating......$30-50

Plus by doing them mass production, the cost might be a little less, so, they must have a huge overhead to compensate for, i'm not bashing in any way, hell, i like the design better than a UPD or K&N, because you eliminate the need for a heat shield, and it looks cleaner, but until CAI kit mfgr.'s become a little more reasonable, i'll just keep making my own, the only special piece needed to make this kit, is a band saw and welder, and that could be bypassed with some JB weld, or epoxy, and a hacksaw, the just prime it good and spray paint it, If they drop down around 150, it would be worth the order, but i like to do as much as possible on my truck, i like the feeling knowing i did the work myself.
