I did 380 rwhp in a 4x4 with the mods in my sig except that I didnt have the e-fans or upgraded intercooler. 10 psi, shorties, catback were the main mods. I now have the bigger intercooler, e-fans, colder t-stat, and am going to relocate the air filter. These things get hott! The dyno guy said mine lost 50 rwhp on back to back runs. I am trying to eliminate as much heat as possible.

From inside you dont hear a lot, from outside it sounds like it has a noisy supercharger. The exhaust is actually kinda restrictive for it also, so in the higher rpm's it whoosh's more, kinda like a fffffftttttt sound. (Does that describe it well?) At idle it sounds like it has bad bearings or something almost, like a gear to gear noise. I have heard others that sound the same also.

I had a procharger on a previous vehicle, at idle you can here them however at WOT you hardle can. Its the complete opposite of my Kenne Bell. If you go centrifical in my opinion the procharger is the way to go. Just add a good stall.

For you Procharger guys we are actually building a cog setup for them. We should have it done in a month. We are waiting on the pullies right now. If you need a sound clip the video should be on the front page. It is a little louder then a P1SC but not very much.

He is refering to a cog belt. A cog belt has ridges that go the opposite direction as a serpentine thus making the belt not slip at all. They do make a little more noise thought however for high boost they are great. Its kinda like the belt having teeth on it, at the same time the pulley has ridges that the cogs ride in. Kinda like a chain and sprocket. I really dont know how else to explain it. Hope this helps. They use cog belts on Wieland 6-71/8-71/10-71 superchargers for small and big blocks. The belt is just much wider on those applications.
