Default Problem getting more complicated!

Well guys, i did a couple tests, and here is what ive found. I hooked up an air hose to my spark plug hole and it seems i cant get number 7 to hold pressure. and i hear air coming out of my air filter. well.. i tried the same thing for number 5 and it was doing the same thing,, then all of the sudden it stopped leakin and started holding compression!?? so i hooked it back up to number seven and i hear the air coming out of my air filter again. i then rememberd seeing some oil one day in my throttle body, so i unhooked the line connected to the top right corner of the throttle body and looky looky, my air was comeing from that rubber hose! I have no idea what that hose is, but im hoping you guys can enlighten me. here is a few pics.

That line is your PCV inlet hose. Some how air is getting from your cylinder into your crankcase. Sounds like either your rings are gone or you have a hole in that piston.

Yep, its PCV. KIDs diagnosis sounds right on. Pistons, rings, gasket... You are going to have to pull a head to figure it out.

oil in there is normal. The hose going into the TB is that perhaps an EGR hose? Many modern cars vent the crankcase backinto the intake tract to improve emissions by re burning unburnt fuel.

why not do a leakdown test rather then blowing air into your cylinder? your intake valve could be open.

that is the hose that brings the fresh air into the crank case while the other side pulles it out.

i think you should go a head and pull the heads hot hard to do but i do realize you have more on top of the motor to disasemble than most. i think it is your best bet and you can check everything out. you should be able to do this in a day if everything checks out ok.
