Power upgrade decision

Do you guys know how much water the injection systems use. I am just afraid I will have to stop for water refills more than gas refills
Any rule of thumbs for the flowrates of water injection?
As always thanks for your input guys!

On a 6.0L with alot of boost you may go through alot but you still shouldn't go through it quicker than a tank of gas unless you are a maniac
If you are nutty like me and floor it all the time then I would go with a 2.5ga fuel cell and that is more than enough to last you for quite awhile. I would call up Julio and ask his opinion on how much you migth go through on your truck.
He is doing a custom setup for my truck. He went to the dealer and got the stock radiator overflow tank and is plumbing it to be my Methanol fuel cell. The pump he sent me is massive and his PAC module is the bomb for controling Meth delivery so you dont flood the motor with too much Alk at low boost levels but can still flow enough at the higher levels. Progressive if you will. I did alot of research on the subject before i ordered my kit and he has TONS of happy customers. If interested you can read the Alk forums on TurboBuick.com.

The top shelf system if good. Alot of the Buick guys liked it also. I just liked dealing with AlkyControl for the small business customer service and the fact that I coulnd't find 1 person who wasn't happy with the system.
I think his Kit was a tad bit cheaper too. The SMC kit has a nice lil controller though.

Woah, sorry I didn't see this one sooner
The whipple combined with the intercooler is absolutely awesome! It is however a lot of work. I honestly have been thinking of going turbo (my own fabbed design to put some of these engineering classes to work) because of the amount of belt slip I get with the Whipple. I am spinning a 3.5" pulley and even with headers, heads, and cam to make the engine breath and get pumping gasses out easier, it still slips trying to cram that much air into the motor. This is just a problem I will soon fix with an extra idler pulley I believe.
The good thing about a turbo is efficiency. No belt slip with all the boost you could ever want
Turbo lag is kind of the down side however. But with a 6.0L I bet you wouldn't have that much lag with even a T-76 like parish runs. The huge key to the turbo system is the intercooler as turbos throw a ton more heat than your twin screw did. In my opinion you cannot beat the sound of a turbo spool either
If you can sell the Whipple for a good price, I would say you will have better power potential with a turbo. The 2.3L Lysholm twin screw is a decent sized blower, but begins to get inefficient when having to spin it so fast to build like 11psi on a 6.0L. In this pushing of air aspect, I would say a turbo would also win.
I want to hit the 500rwhp mark on 91octane pump gas before I quite with this setup though. I know I am close, and the more I think about it, I don't think I personally will go turbo because I am tired of spending sooo much cash on this truck. I like it the way it is right now

Ryan23, sell me your intercooler & buy turbo
Do you think a cut-out would help you with your belt slip problem? The exhaust might be the cork in your system. Just a thought. So what kind of numbers have you put down thus far with your truck? How much boost did you run before the intercooler? I am basically comparing you and rankwalk to parish's pump gas #'s. Again, not downing Parish, HE IS THE MAN! I am just looking for something for a daily driver.

once i can find a replacement motor for my truck (blew 4 cylinder rings) my intercooler setup can be completed. the air to air intercooler is installed, and the basic piping is complete. all i need is a motor with compression to finish the job
