Potential L96 to replace LC9

Potential L96 to replace LC9
Hi everyone, first post here. I have an LC9 with 194k miles / 9400 hours that recently suffered a collapsed #7 intake lifter. First thought was to just do an AFM delete and new cam, something like the BTR torque cam. This will be for a daily / light work truck so low end torque is of more interest to me. I would not want to sacrifice much low end to make big gains at high RPM.
Now I'm kicking around the idea of swapping in an LY6 or L96 if the cost increase isn't huge and if I can scavenge a lot of things from the LC9. I have a lead on an L96 with 80k on the bottom end and essentially a new top end. The only things I'm not sure about is that it comes with 823 heads and a BTR stage 4 cam. Those are both in the wrong direction for low end torque, right? Since I'm not chasing big power, does it make much of a difference?
The price seems really good and is more sorted than a junkyard pull would be. Any thoughts?

I suppose I could swap in the torque cam and sell the stage 4 to recoup the cost. Any concern over the 823 heads?

823 heads are stock on a L96 though....
You could swap on some heads that would bump your compression but I think you will be fine with them. You are at 9.6:1 so I mean maybe some new heads but you'll be fine.

You'd have to post the specs I don't know them off the top of my head.

Yeah there will be a slight difference between the BTR torque and the Summit stage 1. I would suggest get whichever is cheaper between BTR torque and Summit stage 1, maybe just get the summit stage 1 in general. Is this still going in your 5.3?
