Post you E-Fan Install Pics
I would like to see how everyone installed their electric fans. I am curious how to secure the fans to the radiator. I bought a set of LS1 fans and they don't seem very secure, at the top or at the bottom. At the bottom, I slid what of the fans I could under the radiator, but those stupid gray wiring clips in the radiator support are preventing the fans from sitting lower. At the top, I just ran some zip ties through the radiator. I know there is a better way.
I was thinking of getting some flat aluminum bar stock, cutting it, and just bolting it to the upper radiator support and having it "clamp" the fans to the radiator. But it will look kinda tacky.
Please post up some pics of what you have done to get the ideas flowing. Thanks!

What you've described is how everyone does it. Mine are that way except my ls1 fans popped out at the bottom where they were resting at the base of the radiator! There is now like a 1/2" to 1" gap between the fans and the radiator. I need to make some metal straps at the bottom to keep it there in addition to the ones I have bolting it to the rad support.

Honestly if you use the zip ties made to hold a tranny cooler in you will be golden.. I used them to secure mine in along with some foam infron of the radi corners. I have driving it about 2 years, made blasts over 140 mph wiht out any issue or damage to my radi,,
