my truck has an egr fitting on each exhaust manifold, do the pacesetters have them on both sides so i can hook them both up?

There is only one on the passenger side. This is the first time I have ever heard of one on each side, are you sure that there are 2 egr fittings?

then could someone please tell me what the hell this is, i think its the AIR injection. can this be removed easily?

That is the AIR pump, it can be removed easily if you don't have cats. It is probably a California edition to have that. If you have cats I would imagine that it would shorten the life of them quite a bit if you remove it. I got them in a group purchase a few months ago so they are higher now, not by very much though. I think they are $30 higher now. PM me if you want to know where they came from, I don't think they are a sponsor.

BTW, Pacesetters are made to order, if you tell them about it when you order they can probably send you a set with the AIR tube provisions.
