They are nice looking. Not sure if my hand is steady enough to get the same results.

There ya go, i ported mine and theirs a nice difference in throttle response. I didn't bother polishing it

 

I've got a ported tb, made a good difference in throttle response, though IDK if I could say the truck is much faster bc of it. No idle issues or anything.

 

I did the half shafting with the shaft still in place and it worked out fine. The problem I had was that the DBW tb's have a dust cover riveted on, so once removed, can't be put back on. I found a mini hacksaw that would fit inside the opening at Home Depot, cost about $7.
