Default Porsche 944 swap with 5.3l Help

Some here know that I have been readying this engine for a Porsche Swap.....Yes, A Porsche 944......I am waiting on the billet fuel rails to show up. I test fit the Ls1 intake on the motor, and the 5.3l Fuel rail fits with some offset brackets....However, It will be a little too tall to clear my Porsche hood. So I ordered the billet rails to get rid of the middle fuel crossover tube that sticks up too high......Anyways. I also put on the 5.3l Water Crossover pipe and it hits in the middle underneath the intake. I need to know if I can weld up the rear bungs and just use the 2 front or 2 back crossover tubes like the ones for the LS6 swap kit?..BTW I have quite a few 5.3l Parts that I wont be needing and will post in the Classifieds as I go.....Thanks for ya'lls help.....chop

As far as the water crossover, you can plug the rears and just use the fronts. I have actually seen swap cars with all 4 plugged and no overheats. I wouldn't do it though.

Ok. I got the motor swapped in, doing custom headers and custom Lexus LS430 4-pot brakes, whole lotta other custom stuff.....BTW, the vette intake goes on and I have the 5.3l injectors installed in the billet fuel rails, you just need special shoulder bolts to make them work.....
I just realized I still need a PCM and harness for this 5.3l
I have a good 5.3l intake and factory exhaust headers, also I have a good water pump if anyone is interested...Please PM me if you have a GOOD harness and brain......Holla

hell yeah looks like a good project you got there. I'm planning on a 5.3 swap myself but I'm not going to jack your thread. I'll be checking in to see your progress over time.
