Default Plugs & Gap? For FI

What kinda plugs does everyone suggest for FI? I like NGK but forget the #. Currently I am running the stock plugs with the stock gap. What plugs should I get? Guessing they should be gaped at around .035? Also will I notice any gains by doing so? I am thinking I should, being that I am at 7psi I am thinking that my cylinder pressures are a bit high for the stock plug with the stock gap. Thanks for the help.

I think most will agree on the NGK Tr6's using the stock gap they come with (.035).

I put the Tr6's in with the factory gap, .035. Haven't noticed any real great difference, yet.

I used to run TR6s. Moved to NGK Iridium IX plugs when I installed the Radix. No complaints here.
