It doesn't seem like there's all that many D-Max guys on here. I ordered the all 4 inch system from kennedydiesel.com. I'll be getting a programmer eventually.
BTW, anyone know where I can find mobil delvac 1?
Thanks,
Jordan

Looks like an awesome truck! The 04 has the new 580 ft. lb specs, right? Chevy had to step up since f**d introduced the 540 ft lb. 6.0 engine. Get some track times soon!

Good choice on the truck! I am going to order mine in the spring if all goes to plan.
I've have spent the money elsewhere but an exhaust as a first mod...you gain a bit of power, more noise, and lower EGTs...same as just welding in a Magnaflow diesel muffler in the stock system. The stock 3.5" exhuast flows pretty damn well. I'd step up to the 4" setup if you plan to go crazy with mods.
I'd have gotten a Quadzilla programmer and an FIPK first. Those with a welded in diesel muffler will smoke the stock torque converter.

That DMax is a badass mill, just remember you will smoke that stock converter pretty easily. www.suncoastconverters.com is where I'd get mine.

i plan to order a crew cab d-max the first half of the year. i cant wait. i bet you will love yor new truck. you should cheak out thedieselpage.com and dieselplace.com tons of great info. the revised d-max code LLY which doesnt arrive on lots until somtime in jan is surpose to have 310hp and 590 tq. the current d-max LB7 has 300 and 520. its caused a lot of confusing being a mid year update.
