i am just wondering if you have had any leaks and why or any other problems, i don't want to go thru another header nightmare

I would advise getting some band clamps, the clamps that come with them suck. They don't seal worth a hoot and the can crimp the pipe, making it hard to remove later.

Also get some Breslin split-lock header bolts. They will not loosen. Part# 608-026.

I used my stock gaskets as well

I also had Flanges welded onto the headers because I didnt want to worry about the bands holding.

what is a "band clamp"? and where do you get them?

what was used to make the Flanges?? prob just 1/4" steel? when i get my LTs i might fab up some flanges like that. and where did you get gaskets for the flanges??

its nothing special


3" 3 hole flanges and the gaskets are the same
3 bolt flanges

i already have new oem gaskets and i will be ordering new split lock bolts, but i will look into the clamps
