I used those first ID/OD clamps shown and they have worked great so far. I also reused stock head gaskets.

V band clamps own all They are worth the money. I guy from back home was blowing the pipes off his procharger setup all the time switched to those and never a problem again.

Stock gaskets and bolts.
No leaks.
Welded flanges to collectors from the inside and out (guaranteed no leaks).
Love 'em.

Nope, that's the way they are, the larger part clamps over the OD pipe, and the smaller over the ID pipe. Works wonders in my experience.
