It locks the the physical PCM serial number and the trucks VIN. I had LS1 edit crash on me last year. I took my PCM to the dealership and had them reload the stock system back on it. Edit still worked afterwards.

See, you just have to spell it out for me. I'm a little gunshy when it come to LS1Edit Karma.
