Default ahhh

I just got my new pacesetter long tubes in! They look awesome! But, now, installing them...I am deleting my o2 sensors, so what to do about the sensor openings on the headers? Also, I understand the installation directions entirely, but how do I torque the bolts to 24 ft. lbs? and also, it says to seal the headers and seals i guess with Permatex Ultra-Copper...how do I do that? Thanks guys!! I appreciate all your help with this!

You're gonna have O2 sensors going on the headers because those are your front sensors. Your rear O2 sensors are what will be getting deleted. To torque the bolts to 24 ft. lbs you'll need a torque wrench that allows you to read/set the torque that is being applied to the bolt. Alot of auto parts stores have a tool loaner program where you could rent it. But a decent torque wrench isn't that expensive. As for the sealing question I'll let someone else jump on that one.

As for the preformance gains that will be finished tomorrow.(LATE) The pre header #'s are 426rwhp and 448rwtq at 12lbs of boost. I am going with a true dual x-pipe setup. I will post pictures of the final product, and video of the dyno pulls, pre and after headers.
I noteced u had the paper gasgets for your head to header. dont use them they blow out in a month or so. Buy a set of factory metel ones. there the best.

I have an o2 sensor opening on each header though...I only have single exhaust stock....so how would I have two frontal sensors? or am I wrong about that?

Damn you just highjacked the **** outa this thread Oh well i guess its not my place to correct that issue. But none the less you do have two 02 sensors. You also have two headers which lead into a y pipe and come out in the form of one pipe on the driver side of the vehicle! But my real suggestion would be...before you go and do something that you have no idea how to do you might want to see how much it cost to get it done then weigh out your options after that. Why try learning on your brand new exhaust system when someone can do it for you for less the 100 bucks really and its warrantied for gasket leaks and all!!! Or you can just go at it, but i advise finding out everything you need to know first, problems you may run into, anything!!! Good Luck

It looks much better in person, all tig welds and manderal bends. The thing sounds so sweet. And the proformance gains are there too. I pick up 20-25rwhp across the entire rpm range! I have some videos that I will post up later and the dyno pulls if I can figure it out.
