the problem lies in what i half *** said. also lies in pacesetters choice of metal's used in making the headers. the molecular change due to high exhaust temps caused the tubing to weaken over time and finally just break

I'd have a patch welded over the hole. As for 08cheyenne, weld the crack.

Looks to me like too hot a weld on too cheap a metal.
