ok, check that. there is some surface rust but it is not nearly as bad as yours from what I can tell.

maybe its from welding on them? does everyone with rust problems have the Y welede onto the headers?

i heard about them. i was guna get them to make me a y. i used deer park muffler for the first time last week and they did AWESOME work and didnt **** any attitude towards me like some complain about. its a VERY professional shop and cheap too

Yea I will admit i told them to weld the bastards on cuz im cheap and i didnt want any leaks. Stans does do excellent work but like i said, im a cheap bastard and do everything half ***. I should stop that. I now am gonna have my exhaust rerun.

having it welded isnt cheapass IMO. the only reason i didnt have mine weldedd is so i can get my transmission out when i blow it again

mine is clamped. wanted to be able to take them off when I get rid of this truck in the near future.
