do i need wiring to lenghthen o2 wires and should i delete the egr?

Mine came with extra wiring but I didn't need them and you might as well do away with the EGR...

yeah mine didnt need the extra wiring. they reached fine.

i'm going to put my header on this weekend, will the bolts on the stock exhaust manifold work? where can i get the egr block off plate? and i'll be fine if i reuse my gaskets?

Mine came with nothing but the headers. I didn't need anything, I reused my OEM gaskets (you can buy new ones from the dealer well priced), reused my stock manifold bolts, and did not need O2 wiring extensions. I did need to fabricate my own "Y-Pipe", as no one makes it for the stock 6.0L exhaust. For the other engine, the ORY Pipe will work well.

I just checked my Pacesetter box and it had the wiring, bolts, EGR block off plate in it...but paper gaskets.

Mine came with copper gaskets. I used stock gaskets as I am told they are better to use than the copper ones. Did not come with bolts, I asked about that and was told that as nobody used the new bolts anyways, because they sucked, they stopped shipping those.
