When I put my turbo kit on I used regular metal felt-pro gaskets and they leak now. I would replace them with OEM gaskets if it wasn't such a peta to do so. I would just put the gaskets on dry and make sure you get the old gaskets completely off. Also use the correct torquing sequence by tightening the center bolts first, then working your way to the outer bolts. I would keep checking the bolts with a torque wrench for a couple of weeks because they have the tendency to back off a little.

This will be the fourth time I have done this, I'm using Stage 8 locking bolts on them too and on just about all them I can get the locks on, but some with the distance between the header and bolt there is too much space, little dab of anti seize on the bolt and put em back on......again......

First time I didnt get all the paper crap off the bottom, didn't see it from the bottom, next time was the same thing, but got quieter,third time was a charm but I still got a VERY little leak at first start up, I can hear it just very faint.
