Can the pushrods effect only those two cylinders? They misfire exactly the same rate i was seeing the hp tuner laptop when the misfire was happening it would go to 100 then reset to 0

So i loosened up two rockers and rotated the engine by hand and it finally got some compression. So the pushrods are too long
