I think my Outlaw is a POS.
Cons:
The box and tube run way too hot, the plastic is cheap, the Heimholz sits directly over the hottest hose in the bay and it whistles like a clogged vaccum cleaner under load.
Pros:
It picked up 5/5 on the dyno just by slapping it in and it's a great hiding spot for a dry kit.

Honestly, for a good, cheap dry filter closed element hollow out the bottom of your stock air box. Then you can either make or buy a short ram intake tube to replace that factory junk one. I actually think they sell a short ram intake tub on stylin concepts or you can build one from Lowes. You will save the expense of about $300 this way. I just fabbed up a 10 inch K&N air filter to fit on the end of a K&N short ram tube. I mean you can go buy an intake, but doing it this way you can save cash for more mods.
