Default The Other Guys Header GP

You'll enjoy increased performance and fuel economy secure in the knowledge that The Other Guys mid-length headers are manufactured to the industrys highest standards. There are no compromises in material and workmanship.

Titanium-thermal-barrier-ceramic
Corrosion and heat resistant
1/2thick precision-cut flanges

IMPORTANT INFO: Most products to fill each GP are ordered at the end of the GP. They usually take 1-2 weeks to ship from here, but some items could take longer based on the size of the group purchase and availability with the manufacturer. Depending on the product and our available stock, some orders will be shipped from here shortly after the GP comes to a close. Remember, you need to place your order if you are interested in taking part in a GP. Be sure to check the status of the GP that you are part of on it's closing date to see if is going through.

MORE IMPORTANT INFO: All credit cards are processed a few days before the GP closes to insure everything will go through without a problem and to lock in the order. Orders canceled after your GP order has been processed will be subject to a 10% processing fee. Orders for products that are non-stock items (not normally kept in stock) can not be canceled so be sure that you would like to be part of the GP before you place your order.

WHEN SHOULD YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER?: We find that alot of people wait for the required number of orders to be placed before they get in on the GP. If everyone does this the GP minimum is never met. If you would definitely like to join one of the group purchases that are listed it will be best to place your order as soon as possible. Your credit card won't be charged until just before the GP comes to a close (as long as there are enough orders) and the minimum will be met much sooner. This will allow you and the other participants to take advantage of the savings.

Orders can be placed online or by calling 1-877-4-TBYRNE. Just note the GP price when you place your order.

Have a good day,
Tom

This is so true .... step up or loose out in other words. I'd like to add, be sure and get these things coated, if not when you purchase them, before you put them on your truck. Your gas mileage will thank you and you won't get the dreaded SES light for o2 heater circuits. It'll also make them even better!

I'm in.
Hey Tbyrne, I only want in if the minimum number to get the price is met. If the minimum number needed is NOT met, will my credit card still be charged?

Also, I don't remember what the "A.I.R." thing means. I don't think I have it but the TOG's would be for my '01 4.8 Sierra. I would also like them coated.

This is currect. Your card won't be charged unless the minimum is met.

Header terms you should know when ordering -

Air injection: If you’re vehicle has an air injection system connected to the factory manifolds, you will see metal tube(s) that attaches to the manifold with a metal fitting. You may have one on each side. Note the quantity and location as they may be different between vehicles.

Port Air injection: This system is common on many GM and Ford Trucks with V-8 engines. If your vehicle is equipped with this system you will see metal tubes connecting to each exhaust port on the factory headers.

EGR: Exhaust Gas Return systems are common on many vehicles. If your vehicle is equipped you will see a metal tube that is connected to one of your exhaust manifolds and usually goes to the induction system or cylinder head.

Hope this helps,
Tom

I would like to get in on this. As you can see I am brand new to the forum. How can I be involved in the group purchase? Can I get them ceramic coated?

You can place your order on the website or by calling 1-877-TBYRNE. Alot of people still order at the regular price so be sure to mention that you would like to take part in the GP. The ceramic coating will add $150. to the headers.
