Exhaust flanges are made from beefy 1/2" thick steel plate (50100% thicker than most others) and ground flat.

Thick 14-gauge tubing is used instead of ordinary 16 or 18-gauge. Tubes are precision TIG welded to the flange.

IMPORTANT INFO: Most products to fill each GP are ordered at the end of the GP. They usually take 1-2 weeks to ship from here, but some items could take longer based on the size of the group purchase and availability with the manufacturer. This is so true .... step up or loose out in other words. I'd like to add, be sure and get these things coated, if not when you purchase them, before you put them on your truck. Your gas mileage will thank you and you won't get the dreaded SES light for o2 heater circuits. It'll also make them even better!

Hey Tbyrne, I only want in if the minimum number to get the price is met. If the minimum number needed is NOT met, will my credit card still be charged?

Also, I don't remember what the "A.I.R." thing means. I don't think I have it but the TOG's would be for my '01 4.8 Sierra. I would also like them coated.

 

This is currect. Your card won't be charged unless the minimum is met.

Header terms you should know when ordering -

Air injection: If you’re vehicle has an air injection system connected to the factory manifolds, you will see metal tube(s) that attaches to the manifold with a metal fitting. You may have one on each side. Note the quantity and location as they may be different between vehicles.

Port Air injection: This system is common on many GM and Ford Trucks with V-8 engines. If your vehicle is equipped with this system you will see metal tubes connecting to each exhaust port on the factory headers.

EGR: Exhaust Gas Return systems are common on many vehicles. If your vehicle is equipped you will see a metal tube that is connected to one of your exhaust manifolds and usually goes to the induction system or cylinder head.
