So are these direct bolt-ons? I'm considering something if it allows me to install it and not mess with the stock plumbing. Also, how do these compare to say the Hooker Headers? Had some on my other trucks and loved them, just curious.

But no mid-length/longtubes except the FLPs are direct bolt-ins, are they?

They will need to be welded up just in front of the cats. The install on my new truck took me abotu 2 hours in my yard with 2 wrenchs, one for the header bolt and the other for the oil dipstick tube. You will need to cut the exhaust pipe in front of the cats to get the manifolds out.

They don't compare. The Hooker's will rust and look like crap. These have the hot metal look to them after some time.

Uncoated:

Coated by a local shop:

BTW .. those are the same set of headers. I just had them coated before I put them on my new truck.

Yeah, the GP page hasn't been updated, so I was wondering if anyone else had ordered today.

We're now at 6 orders! Just need 9 more by Monday for this to go through. I've seen quite a few orders come in at the regular price but they don't help the GP.

The SuperMaxx package is a bolt-on -
