throttle cracker table is usually the biggest culprit with the cruise control effect. esp after a cam swap.

generally its said not to cut it on a boosted application. I havent seen of anything happening if you halfshaft it, but why not play it safe?

I have seen them file down the sides to give it a slimmer profile, but yet let it have its strength of support on two sides.

i get alot of part throttle boost. i think i'll play it safe and leave it in there. i hope mine works ok i can see a small amount of day light around the tb plate when closed all the way. its barely any but its some.
