I will be doing the D1sc install next weekend along with some sort of cat-back. I don't want to pay for a full cat-back system so I decided to just weld a magnaflow muffer inplace of the stock one. However, what if I did this?

3" to 4" reducer into a 4" magnaflow and then 4" pipe all the way out to the back with a polished tip (kind of like a diesel exhaust).

How do you think it would sound.
