I am looking at maybe changing my exhaust pipes. I now have dual flowmaster 50 series exiting at the rear corners. This is on my 2002 1500 HD 6.0 liter. I am looking at just going over the axle and pointing them down. What do you guys think. PRO/CON do you guys like how it works for you?

after i cut off my tailpipes i got an *** load more resonance inside the cab. but it is more noisey inside, which isnt a bad thing, imo.

 

ya, it will be louder in the cab but i think it looks cool when you cant see any tips. im not a fan of the exhaust pointing out the corners either but if you like it its cool man. its up to you, but i think it looks good when you cant see any tips.

talking inside the truck at 70+mph is rather difficult....so if i want the person im with to shutup i just hit about 80mph and can't hear them....

i love the resonating, the sound with the windows down...teh sound with the windows down when im next to a wall or a tunnel etc...its awesome....now to just gut my cats
