im in the works of putting it back together nowas some as you may know the tranny puked,so far i have a rebuilt 60e and about to order a 3200 verter from circle d.

im looking for a set of shorties as i can't run mids or long tubes because of the brackets being in the way.next question is cam choice. truck is a 5.3 with 12 inches of lift 37 inch grapplers and soon to be 4.88 gears.i was told 212/218 before but that was with a stock verter.how much bigger would you all go?btw this truck will not be in the mud definetly not worried about power down low just wanna shock some people when they try to mess with me.im tired of hearing its lifted so its slow i wanna shock some people! thanks for any help in advance

 

Low 220s intake, high 220s exhaust would work with that stall.

 

+1, maybe like a 220/224...Trickflow has a 220/224 .575/.575 112 cam that has sparked my interest...might work out well for you also. (Comp grinds TricFlow's cams)

 

Sounds great to me.you all know what you are talkin about I'm a newbie to cams and have a need for speed now.jus most ppl consider a lifted application dumb.I'm not tryna find out how fast it will go just how fast it will get there lol
