The porting on the 6.0 heads will probably outflow the 5.7 heads it similar to the porting on an LS6,but the combustion chambers on the 6,0 heads are 71cc versus 66.7cc for the LS1 head so you'd lose about a 1/2pt of compression.I don't think that the stock 6.0 would show a horsepower gain on the 5.7 unless you plan on going with forced induction.Then you would have to raise the boost enough to offset the loss of compression.

also dont forget that the ls1 is all aluminum and dumping all that weight of the iron 6.0 into the vette would mess up its very good weight balance and screw with the handling.
