Default Oil pressure HIGH!!!

Lately, I have been noticing my oil pressure has been running about 3/4 gauge. That just seems awful high. Runs alittle higher cold. I'm pretty sure there is no coolant getting in there since I have not found any traces in my oil changes.

Not sure but I am farily certian mine reads about 3/4 most of the time when driving. At idle it is about half or so. In my Vette is is 40psi idle and 60 or so.

My T/A usually ran about lil over half gauge but after the better oil pump it ran at 3/4 cruising all the time.

My Tahoe sits about 3/4 most of the time and a little over when I'm hard on it. My truck is more in the typical just past 1/2 range.

Mine has always ran about 60 psi, but has been a little higher than that. On the 2000 Z-71 it runs about 40-50 psi (110k miles on it).
