Oil leak
#2
Far more common on early LS motors for sure, 99-03 is a ball park of the most I have seen working in a shop. Many of the eary 07-08 NNBS trucks were the same way.
Between the pan gasket and the rear main seal, those are the most common leaks.

Take care to not over-torque the bolts when putting on a new pan or replacing the gasket. My shop did this and it caused a hairline fracture that caused more than necessary hours under my truck trying to figure out where the leak was coming from. Problem was, you couldn't see the crack unless under torque. Good luck...
