Did you actually measure with a tape to make sure they're 1 3/4" primaries?

Also, just do this for a permanent fix on the wire

Id like to see how thick they are. When I emailed them I dont think they knew what gauge means. They said about 3mm thick which is twice the obx. I doubt they're that thick.

I actually did that today...they are 1-5/8", but "advertised" as 1-3/4"...That's actually no problem at all for my setup. All pipes and collectors are indeed 2.5" though.

GREAT IDEA on the wire "fix"!!
I just got home and am working on uploading pics of the day's work.

I will say that I am impressed at how nice everything fits.

I have one pic of the inside of a coolector that shows the tubing and "may" give you an idea...Had I known, I would have gotten that thickness measurement today for you.

The headers seem to have slightly thicker pipes than the Y pipe does.

Deeper, yet barely noticeable at idle or light throttle...

LOUD at WOT.

Not too harsh though...has a good sound now IMO.
I was going to try and get a video, but can't figure out how to do that on my camera.

I'm going to put a link to my new thread into this thread, as soon as I get done uploading pics...
