Default O2 sensors dirgram

Anybody see if you have any picture or draw a picture tell me how it work sonce I'm try to understand myself about front and back o2 sensor bank 1 and bank 2. As for my 06 silverado 5.3 have trouble po145 I think it say bank 1 and bank 2 rich.

I remember Allen Nelson did tuned my PCM to cover o2 sensors. Because I run no cat. It should be front o2 sensors cover the tune right?

Need picture for that please?
Bank 1 Sensor 1 - Driver's side before convertor (front)
Bank 1 Sensor 2 - Driver's side after convertor (rear)

Bank 2 Sensor 1 - Passenger's side before convertor (front)
Bank 2 Sensor 2 - Passenger's side after convertor (rear)

Which I have most problem P0175 bank 1 system rich and p0172 bank 2 syste rich. Is that front 02 sensors are bad? I think the rear o2 sensors been tuned deleted since I run catless. I clear the code. Id say about 10-20 miles came back on. I kept doing over and over. I cleaned MAF, new air filter, took 02 sensors out and clean and put back together. Still same. But that's werid if I disconnect battery for an hour. Drive long no engine light until closer 100 miles. Came back. So I use obd2 scan to clear the code. It would keep come back a lot if you drive between 10-20 miles. Makes sense?

Or possible cause gasoline since I been running 93 premium for long time. Now I been run 89 Plus, it might cause engine light on?
