Default NO OIL Pressure

I just completed my cam/springs/timing chain swap and now i have no oil pressure... i tryed it three times for 2-3 secs each... and same results 0 oil pressure... im guessing i smashed the o ring or something.... this BLOWS..... any comments on what i couldve done different.. i wish i woulda left that timing chain alone.....

could be the o-ring on the oil pump got smashed in there maybe???

yea im hoping thats it.. my real question is can i just drop the oil pan and leave the front and top of the motor alone.... again its 0 oil pressure... haha man im stressing this bad....
