No Gain From Cai?

Yup, noob to this forum, but not noob to modifying or fixing cars. I know alot of you guys are going to frown - but my specialty is modifying import engines and suspension. The way I see it, turning a wrench is turning a wrench - wether it be import or domestic. I wrecked my civic and ended up with a truck, so now I am kindof getting caught up in making this heavy *** truck fast. It is two different platforms for sure, but the concepts are the same.

15.21@87.89 2.24 60'-bone stock
15.03@91.2 2.24 60'-air aid and magnaflow exhaust
When I ran the truck bone stock the air was perfect with a DA of around -1000ft. After the two mods the DA was around 0ft. Obviously the CIA and exhaust helped.

Third timing belt at 180k along with water pump and tensioner. Still has original brakes.
The truck is more fun to drive but I still like the Honda.

I don't have any dyno or time slips, but after driving around for a few months with just a Magnaflow cat-back, I added a AEM Brute Force intake and the power definitely picked up a bit. It pulls harder up top and seems to help with power everywhere in the power band. The stock intake is very restrictive.
