Default no cats!!!

i got my cats cut off and i like the power gain but not the noise is there any way i can quite them down? and should i stick with my flows or switch to magnaflow?

go with magnaflow buddy its very quiet and more power than the flows

My Magnaflow was WAY too loud at WO with no cats, it didnt even sound good it was crackly. I am FI too so that doesnt help but.....

The Magnaflows will be quiet for a couple weeks, then they will start to get loud like before. I don't use Flowmaster, but one of their bigger mufflers would probably do the job for you and since they don't use packing it would stay quiet.

For your current setup true duals would not be of any benefit to you.

I had my cats cut off and replaced with test pipe. Also have a magnaflow thats dumped right behind the cab. Its loud as hell, especially with my cam and now stall. I bet my neighbors hate me going to work at 650 every morning.

Also I didnt notice much diff from cutting off the cats except for noise.

I have Tri Y headers and no cats with stock single exhaust AND a 3" x 22 Magnaflow .......sounds stock at idle and nice pur at cruise ......get the big 22" case muffler
