NNBS INTAKE SAWP TB Question
#1
Well ive had this question for some time... im going to do a nnbs intake swap on my 2000 5.3 .. i dont have that enough cash to buy a 90mm TB so im going to put my ported 78 on it.. but my question is will a Fast TB plate adapter work for this? and if it does what about my Air idle control sensor? where will the air go if the hole in the back is going to be Closed with the Plate? Because i believe its a solid plate...? so thats my question would the plate work with a 2000 Cable driven TB without problems or what modifications would i have to make... i know its long lol and Thanks in advance!

I ordered mine directly from FAST...
His truck is drive by cable not drive by wire like the nnbs tb's so he would have to get a 90 aftermarket tb which isn't as cheap unless you buy used. And remember it would have to be a 4 bolt drive by cable tb.

That wouldn't work on his cable driven setup. My plate also came like three6gmc fast one. Check with CBM they have affordable billet adapters also that have the same setup. I think they are on eBay too just search cbm billet adapters.
