Default Nnbs Arh header Y pipe leaking

Hey guys. I just installed Arh headers, great fitment. But the 2 piece y-pipe where it connects together is leaking. Have you guys had any issues with it leaking or do you use pipe sealant.

Not sure on the ARH but my TSP Y had the same issue. It came with 1" wide band clamps. I ended up ordering a lap joint band clamp from Summit that uses two bolts instead of just one. It was about 3-4" long I would say and covered the whole joint eliminating 99% of the leak. You could also try high temp silicone as well if you like.

Exactly what I just did. I ordered the lap joint 2 bolt clamp from jegs. I appreciate the advice.
