Default Nitrous Question

I know this gets asked alot, but I'm trying to nail down everything I'll need for a safe nitrous setup to run on the truck. Does this list look right? And what fuel pump should I get to add on to the system. Planning to run a 150 shot over time.

NX Gemini EFI Kit
GEN X2 Upgrade
MSD Digital Window Switch
Fuel Pressure Guage
TR6 Plugs
Fuel Pump(need suggestions)

And obviously tuning would need to be done, but is there anything I'm leaving off safety wise that I should consider?

You got everything you would need to run a 100 shot safely. No fuel pump would be needed for that level..i've been spraying a 100 shot for over a year now and never had any problems. I'm running three safety devices, WOT switch, fuel pressure safety switch, and MSD Digi Window switch.

Oh and if you are using a handheld tuner making sure the timing is NOT advanced.

Well, the main reason I was looking at the fuel pump is cause I know I'll wanna run a 150 shot later, plus I'm looking at going FI so I figured might as well do the pump while I'm at it. Sounds like I have things right about the safety equipment. The NX kit comes with a WOT switch though right? And I'll be getting a custom tune done.

Never heard of that company, but I'm not worried about the price. I've already figured that a good safe setup will run me about $1500 for everything. Just wanting to make sure I've got everything lined up that I would need. Once I find that out...it'll be a couple of weeks of paychecks and than a phone call to Nitrous Dave.

Yep the standard NX kit comes the WOT switch. If you got future plans with FI then yep ur right, go ahead and do the fuel pump while you can. Many of the others on here are runing the Walboro 255 lph pump.

Goodluck with the n20!

Thanks for the help. Sounds like my component questions are answered. I'm sure I'll have more once everything starts going in as far as wiring and all that.

Yeah, I'm planning on a fuel pump. That was in my first post. Think I'm gonna go with a WOT switch for activation though mounted on the TB.

Cool! I just like the TPS because there is less room for any kind of error!
