Nitrous question

I think brad is on the right track. You wouldn't be able to supply enough air volume from a 10 lb bottle of compressed air to make much of a difference. Just ask anyone who has gotten a bad N20 refill that is mostly air.

N2O boosts power because it has 33% oxygen instead of the 21% oxygen in the air we breathe. The same amount of N2O can burn more fuel than air and therefore make more power. The cooling effect also helps.
Spraying more air into the motor won't help unless you can pressurize the intake manifold (a.k.a. forced induction) and provide extra fuel to go with the extra air.

I think if it would work someone a lot smarter than us would have already done it and it would be the talk of the world. It won't work, sorry! Put me down for a NO! Have any of you seen the Cryo charger? Its more junk. Here's a link.

i am with deezel. couse do a little experiment or just think about it. a supercharger seals off the whole intake. so inturn it forms pressure. how in the hell can you seal off the intake to were the air you are pushing in wont blow back out the intake and still get the air the motor normaly needs in there. it is almost impossible. pluss you would have to have a big compressor the bottle would not do much. o but what is a compressor a supercharger. if any thing i think you might be able to equalize the vacume at most.
